Quantifying Privacy in

Data is the lifeblood of modern financial metrics. However, high-performance computing should never come at the cost of individual anonymity. We operate on a principle of "Privacy by Design," ensuring that every calculation within our portfolio analytics engine is decoupled from identifiable personal markers whenever feasible.
Whether you are an institutional lead or an individual investor, your footprint at Golden Horizon Metrics is treated as a trade secret. We do not sell data to third-party brokers. We do not use "alternative data" scripts to track you across the web.
Direct Ingestion
We collect contact details and financial profiles exclusively provided via secure onboarding portals to generate accurate asset reports.
Analytical Metadata
Non-identifying technical data is used to optimize the rendering of complex visual charts and dashboard performance.
Regulatory Logs
Maintenance of access logs is required to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.

PHASE: INGESTION
Secure Input and Transmission
When you enter financial information for portfolio analytics, the data is encrypted via TLS 1.3 before leaving your browser. We utilize AES-256 bit encryption for all data at rest within our regional Da Nang clusters. This ensures that even in the case of physical hardware compromise, your financial metrics remain unreadable.
Phase: Processing
Anonymized Computational Analysis
Our primary processing occurs in "Salted" environments where PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is replaced with temporary tokens. This allows our algorithms to run complex stressors and asset management simulations without ever "knowing" the owner of the portfolio. Results are re-attached to your identity only at the point of dashboard rendering.

The Right to Erasure
Financial records are held only for the duration required by Vietnamese law and international taxation treaties. Upon contract termination or a valid "Right to be Forgotten" request, Golden Horizon Metrics performs a cryptographic wipe of your history. We provide a Certificate of Erasure for institutional accounts.

Every visual asset in our reporting is generated via localized computation. No external trackers or unencrypted third-party chart libraries are utilized, ensuring that your portfolio composition remains invisible to the public internet.

Concise Clarifications.
Access is strictly restricted to authorized Golden Horizon Metrics analysts bound by non-disclosure agreements. We only share data with external parties when legally compelled by a court of competent jurisdiction or to perform essential transactional services (e.g., payment processing via regulated banking gateways).
We utilize separate database instances. Your identity (Name, Address, Email) is stored in a "Compliance Vault," while your financial holdings and metrics are stored in an "Analytics Repository." The two are linked by an encrypted relational key that is only decrypted during an active authenticated session.
We do not use individual client portfolios to train general machine learning models. Our analytics are purely deterministic based on market data. Any internal performance benchmarking is performed on fully synthetic data sets that mimic market conditions without referencing actual user positions.
Users can request a machine-readable export of their portfolio data (.json or .csv) via their account settings or by emailing info@goldenhorizonmetrics.digital. Verification of identity via multi-factor authentication is required before any export is authorized.
